Pain is only a symptom.
My chiropractor once told me that physical pain was the very last symptom that something was wrong. I think it might be the same with mental pain.
We carry a lot under the surface that causes the pain, but it’s only the symptoms that we finally notice – can’t sleep, stomach in knots, crying at the smallest provocation.
What’s the cause?
The beauty of therapy is that once you get some relief from the symptoms, we can gently dive deeper to find the cause. It’s like an iceberg – the symptoms are what’s above the surface.
Transformation happens when we see what’s below, and deal with it.
